Where do I begin my learning journey?
Begin with the Resilience Evaluation. The 43 questions will take you 10-15 minutes. The assessment will help you decide which of your resilience skills you would like to further strengthen.
How are the modules displayed to me in another language?
At the moment, content is being displayed to you in your browser's language. You can change the language in the navigation.
How can I change the language of the platform?
You can switch between German and English via the navigation.
How do I filter the modules on the platform?
You have several options to select the modules:
- Choose language
- Choose learning journey format
- Choose topic
- Choose resilience competency
How can I listen to a podcast?
Click on the tile of the desired podcast and start directly with the play button. The podcast can also be heard on your phone with the screen inactive.
How can I register for an online seminar?
Click on the desired online seminar. Then, directly click on 'Register'. The online seminar is now saved under 'My Learning Journey'.
Where can I see the podcasts I've started?
You can find your progress, as well as the podcasts you've started and online seminars you've registered for, saved under 'My Learning Journey'.
How do I set goals for myself?
The Self-Coaching Tool helps you achieve your goals more successfully. Evaluate your personal objectives and track your successes with just a click. The tool is available for you as a PDF download.
Can I repeat the resilience evaluation?
Yes. If you have already begun your learning journey, we recommend retaking the Resilience Evaluation after 2-3 months. This way, you can see which resilience skills you have developed and which still have room for improvement.
